Wireless Phone 7920 dropping while downloading config file

Was working fine yesterday. Today when my phone boots up and connects to the network. IT seems to go through the AP fine. Then connects and authenticates and starts downloading config file. It drops after that and I lose access to all AP and I have no signal as a result. What you think could be the problem. I doubt I changed anything since yesterday.

During downloading config file, this can simply be the sep.cnf.xml file, locale files or firmware. This traffic is normally marked as best effort in the CallManager enterprise params. Would check the sniffer to see what is causing this. Also recommend to use 1.0.4.
