Autonomous AP 1240 flash filesystem error

Hi everybody:

Somebody could help me, l have a problem with one AP 1240, it was working in LWAPP mode with my WLC, a few days ago, this AP dissasociatted to the controller and l discovered that the AP could not restart because the flasf[0] filesystem had an error.

I was trying to restart with the available commands ( flash_init, ether_init, boot etc) but the AP doesn´t work.

Somebody knows other procedure to restart the AP 1240 ???
