Hi Surendra,
Can you please advice if we can have a design combining of Cisco 1941W and Cisco 1140 Standalone Access points
Your feed back will be highly appreciated.
Hari
Yes we can have but how exactly do you want then to get connected??
Basically what i am after is a design for an office (10mt X10 mt) with 20 staffs to use wireless. I was thinking of using the Cisco 1941W with POE-HWIC-ESW to connect 2 X Cisco 1140 Standalon access points to cover the entire office. I am not sure what is the range for Cisco 1941W as it got few external antenna's too. Will it be possible for the 1941W and 1140AP's to share the same IP range and wireless settings.
Thanks a lot for you response..
1941W has a integrated 1252AP in it.. i feel the range will be good and does support 20 staffs as well!!
If not, connect the 1140 series to the POE and then place them to provide the signal to the clients as well!! yes we can share the 1941 and the 1140 to share the same subnet!!
thanks
Is there a document available which shows the config for 1941+1140AP connection?
Will it advisiable to extend the integrated antenna cable to a central location in the office ?
What is the use of 4G-ANTM-OM-CM ?
There is no doc that tell about the config.. however the below may help u!!
on the POE router port.. configure them as a trunk port allowing all the VLAN that are required!!

Thanks Surendra,
I have to make two 1941W connected wirelessly. The Point-To-Point WiFI link is {ROUTER--ethernet---C1941W---wifi---C1941W ---ethernet---ROUTER}. Is it possible ? Do you have good references to provide?
