This issue is most likely caused by a conflict with a previously installed InstallShield.
For a workaround, rename or delete the C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Professional directory on the system before running IWSETUP.exe.
Once the rename or deletion is completed, run the installation again.
Note: Make sure you are logged in with the Admin Priviliges to do installations.
