Users experience a significant decrease in response time between two locations connected through the wireless bridges

If the distance parameter or the Clear Channel Assessment (CCA) parameter are configured incorrectly on the bridges, a significant decrease in throughput can occur. Verify that the CCA settings are correct. The CCA mechanism reports that the channel is busy, based on the default value of the client adapter firmware. For more information, refer to the Setting RF Network Parameters section of the Configuring the Client Adapter chapter of the Cisco Aironet 340, 350, and CB20A Wireless LAN Client Adapters Installation and Configuration Guide for Windows, OL-1394-07. For more information on distance between the bridges, refer to the Length / Distance Conversion Calculator.
