Antenna for Access Point

I need to know if I can use the AIR- ANT24120 antenna on the access point model AIR-CAP1602E-T-K9 ?

You can, but you would need 3 and you would also have to disable the 5ghz radio.  If you really want to utilize the 1602e, then look at:

AIR-ANT2451NV-R

AIR-ANT2544V4M-R= (don't need to use the other lead)
