Apple products over wireless lose connection

All my apple products that go over my 4400 version 7.0.235.3 requires users to log back in after a while, they will lose connection.  Or if they leave the area and come back and will have to reconnect, is there a way to have them not time out?

thanks

Wally,

Is this the same issue as this:  https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2243133

If so, which one would you prefer we start responding to?

If they are both the same issue, delete one of the thread in order to minimize confusion.

no not same issue sorry looks the same, one is related to apple  products and one is related to non apple clients such as laptops.

requires users to log back in after a while, they will lose connection.

If this "after a while" is 20 minutes, then it's a "feature" with Apple iOS.  Nothing you can do about it.

Or if they leave the area and come back and will have to reconnect

I want to know more about your overlapping cell.

the ap's coverage overlaps if thats what your asking?

Yes.

I've got controllers running 7.0.240.1 and I don't see these kind of behaviours.
