We are trying to deploy the Cisco Prime VA Express 2.0 OVA
Our issue with the deployment is the single huge VMDK. Our requirements are that the OS and application
reside on a single small VMDK and data on a separate VMDK. Modifying the OVA to make its VMDK thinly
provisioned doesn't solve the problem if it just grows as data is created on the appliance.
Is it possible to shrink the VMDK to around 40GB?
Is it possible to make the appliance not write it's data to the primary VMDK?
It seems to be possible to add data disks for growth while extending an already existing disk is not supported [1].
