LAP1131 radio down on WLC4404 V.5.0.148

LAP1131 on WLC4404 V5.0.148,the radio is down always.I try to enable it but I will get "error enabling the admin status".

But it is works fine on WLC V4.2.130

When you upgraded to v5.0.148, did you check the power setting on the ap's. is the ap's on AC adapter, PoE switch or PoE injector. Is all your LAP's down, if so check the global configuration for 802.11a/n and 802.11b/g/n.
