Password recovery on AP350 after upgrading to IOS using CAC-tool

After upgrading an AP350 from Vxworks 12.00T to IOS 12.2(13)JA I have problems logging on to the AP.

It seems that the local account somehow got lost during conversion.

The instructions I can find for password recovery on AP350 all relate to Vxworks.

Any suggestions for password recovery for an AP350 with IOS 12.2(13)JA?

Thanks

Peter

The same thing happened to me, I lost a 350 and a 1200. When you use the cactool it asks to get the security information click that button. Then you have to set the password. If you know what the username should be the password is blank. If that does not work take a look at;

Also make sure that the admin user under vxworks has firmware checked under security-user info before you upgrade.

Hope this helps.
