web authencation

I am unable to set the web authencation. I have a 4402 and 1130abg I am using the controller's page for auth. No layer 2 auth. The client gets the ip the ssid shows as unsecured. it does not takes me to the auth web page.

What has to happen is when the user obtains an ip address and then opens a browser, the WLC looks at the web site (default homepage) the user is trying to access and if the WLC is able to resolve via DNS, then you will get the webauth page. If can't resolve via dns, then you will get page cannot be displayed.
