Web Authentication for Guest Users not redirecting on WLC 2504

Hello Forum Team!

I am setting up a Guest WLAN on a Cisco WLC 2504 (sotware version 7.6.100.0). I get an IP address from the Guest VLAN, I can nslookup form the guest VLAN (for example google) but I am not getting redirected to the https://1.1.1.1/login.html web page of the WLC unless manually entered. If manually entered on the browser, then I can login as guiest user and browse.

Everuthing is configured according to Wireless LAN Controller Web Authentication Configuration Example Document ID: 69340.

Currently using local authentication on WLC 2504.

Please help.

Do you set up DNS?
