Cisco ASR 9010 router PPPOE not supported

We are to configure PPPOE on Cisco ASR 9010 router but pppoe bba-group command not accepted.

BNG pie is probably missing.

You are missing not only the BNG pie.

Please do install 6.1.4 and include all packages (just to be sure)
