CRS-1 boot failed problem

Bilal,

Looks to me a hardware issue. Please open TAC case, it most likely end up with RMA.

thanks,

Hi Rivalino,

Can you explain what  is RMS mean ? and don't you think it is a CRS Bug ?

CRS-1 boot failed problem

RMA is replacement of the product that is under warranty or contract. If the RSP is broken due to hardware issue, and if it is under Cisco contract or warranty, you can open the TAC case to investigate this further. If TAC conclude this is hardware issue, then you will receive replacement. I do not think this is a bug, you can open case now and i can work with you to confirm this.

thanks,

thanks Rivalino for your cooperation

Actually we are beyond the warranty ( unfortunately ), and this RP belong to one of important Core ,and now we have a single point of failur ( only RP1 ).

tomorrow also I will keep trying and if something happened I will ask you again
