Re: CRS-1

Hola,

oversubscription.

"Subslots 0, 1, and 3 can provide up to 20 Gbps of capacity, as can
subslots 2, 4, and 5. Take care not to install SPAs that require more
than 20 Gbps of capacity in each group of subslots so as not to
oversubscribe the card."

http://cisco.com/en/US/docs/interfaces_modules/shared_port_adapters/install_upgrade/crs/crs1/installation/guide/crsspaov.html#wpxref43547

"If you are using only Gigabit Ethernet SPAs on
the Cisco CRS-1 SIP-800, then the SIP can be oversubscribed. The
Cisco CRS-1 SIP-800 can pass a maximum of 40 Gbps of traffic, so if you
have six 8-Port Gigabit Ethernet SPAs operating at almost full capacity, the SIP is oversubscribed"

Saludos

Gigabit Ethernet Oversubscription on SIP-800 CRS-1

If you need to add more SPAs to your SIP card, please review the following doc, you can safely oversubscribe for GE interfaces,
however some restrictions appear when using other SPAs.
