Load sharing in CISCO 12000 XR

How can I change the load sharing algoritham to per-packet in 12000 GSR IOS XR 4.0.1

Hi,

    you can use below command to acheive  load balancing across equal cost links.

cef load-balancing fields L3/L4                         ###L3 is default

I have been informed that per packet load balancing does not work in CISCO 12000 GSR IOS XR

and even link bundling does not work properly.
