Valhalla, Ryan, Jetfire...

Hello All,

Frequently, Cisco documentation and SMU's documentation, refers to several code names, which I believe are related to LCs and RPs. The ones that I found the most, and that are relevant to my client's network, are:

• ASR 9K:
  • Odin, Valhalla, Ryan, Jetfire
• CRS:
  • Taiko, Bushido

Could someone help me understand what does these code names means/refers to?

I do think there are ASR9000 LC with codename "Haraquiri" ..

Hi Pedro,

A9K-8T - Odin

A9K-16T - Valhalla

A9K-40GE - Ryan

2x10GE+20xGE - Jetfire

14x10GE - Taiko

1x100GE - Bushido
