Using Cisco Unity 7.0 being used.
Some users are saying their new voicemails are being sent straight to their Saved Messages. They still receive an email from Exchange notifying them of a new voicemail. Red light on the phone never shines either. Phone display does not display New Message. Any ideas?
For these users, have you been able to look into this further to verify the behavior on the end user side? IOW, send a message to one of the users who is complaining to investigate what is going on. For example, is it possible that a subset of users have Outlook rules enabled that are moving the messages out of the Exchange Inbox?
