CTS 1300 Display Diagnostics: Error

we have an error with our CTS 1300.

it show Display Diagnostics: Error into our status details and i want to resolve this.

is there someone here who have this issue before?

we have this problem before with the version 1.7.2 and we just upgraded the software to 1.8.1 and we still have this error message.

we also changed the codec ( for anothere reason) and the message is still there..

looks like the display can't run the diagnostic.

Daniel,

On a Gen 3 display there are 2 HDMI ports. If the HDMI cable is connected to the wrong HDMI port then you will see this Diagnostic error. The Primary HDMI port is the farthest from the center. Check and see which port that the HDMI cable is connected. Also check the firmware for the GEN 3 display. The firmware should be in the range of 21.xx.
