I have a remote site setup with a VPN tunnel back to the central site. The phone is stuck in Configuring CM List so my question is what could be causing this ?
This could be a number of things.
1. Check the DHCP scope is configured for the correct default gateway and TFTP server option.
2. If this is ok check the phone network settings to see if it is getting allocated an IP address and knows the TFTP and Callmanager address.
3. Check that your voice valn can traverse the VPN, the VPN provider may be blocking it and only allowing you data network over VPN
