Bio

I have been working with Cisco products for over 10 years. For the past 8 years I have been administering/designing/engineering Cisco VOIP solutions and have become fairly proficient in IPCCX scripting. I would like to pass on any info I can regarding IPCCX and any other area which I have experience. Also along the way hope to learn all I can on the forum (I have much to learn).
