Bio

I started Unified Communications work in 2005 when I was fresh in the military after a year of both combat and technical training. I worked as a data and voice tech for the army's signal shelters.
In 2009 I began teaching the very thing I worked on while in the US Army. I taught basic to intermediate level data and voice communications on Call Manager 4.0 and then Call Manager 7.
After three and a half years teaching I was tired of the road and began as a Tier 3 voice engineer for a small company in Killeen, TX. I worked there until the company closed it's doors for about one year and then transferred to telepresence support at Cisco in Austin.
Like all good things, that came to an end when I was offered a better opportunity with my current company as a UC Engineer responsible for design, install, and troubleshooting major problems with many different environments. I am currently pursuing my CCNP Voice and will be getting several specialization certifications along the way.
