This video talks about how to register Jabber for iPhone with Cisco Unified CM.
Does these steps work for Cisco Jabber Client 9.6.2? I am running CUCM 10.5.
FYI. right now, everything is working, i.e. IM, Presence, Voicemail, and Contact, however phone services is not.
What the video FAILS to tell that there are atleast 2 types of Jabber for iPhone
1. Jabber for iPhone Voice (which is in this video) is only for the voice/video calls
2 Jabber for iPhone which is IM ONLY, if anyone wants seamless IM and Calls (Voice and Video) both of the Apps need to be installed.
