Shambhu Nath Mishra works as a Core Architecture Engineer in CATS team for the ASR,ISR product portfolio. He currently supports EMEA customers on various platform as well as QOS,GRE,NAT,OTV etc related issues. Shambhu has joined Cisco in the year 2015 and before this he has worked in Avaya TAC where he supported enterprise as well as service provider customers on Avaya Ethernet routing portfolio. His experience includes good deal of layer 2,layer3,datacenter as well as security technologies.
He is a computer science engineer and holds CCNP,CCNA security and OCA certifications.
