We have an automated attendant in Unity to access our internal directory :
"To reach John, dial his phone extension or press 1 to consult our directory".
Now I would like to move and integrate this AA on CRA at the top of a specific script to route any calls: internal directory and other depts (sales, service, claims)
Where can I read documentation about this.
Is CRA 3.5 the right application to do this.
