Hello,

I'm setting up monitoring of several CUCM servers and I'd like some advice regarding the monitoring of services.  There are 5 levels of alerts in the monitoring system (Informational, Warning, Minor, Major, and Critical).  The alert level controls notification.  For example, Informational alerts only put a notice in the monitoring console, Minor alerts generate an e-mail between 8 - 5, M-F, and so forth and so on.  Naturally, I want to monitor all of the running services on a CUCM server and generate an alert if any of them go from running to not running.  However, I need to setup the alarm levels differently depending on the importance of the service.  Here are the services (see below).  Which of these services would indicate a critical problem if the service stopped?
