Hi to all,
in Outbound Option user Guide 7.2(1) or in Outbound Option Guide 7.5.(1) documentation I can find the following description for value 21 of CallResult field in t_Dialer_Detail table:
"21: Customer dropped call within configured abandoned time"
But I cannot understand how is this "configured abandoned time": it seems that the call was answered by the customer but he dropped the call within a certain time...
What's happened when I find a CallResult value equal to 21 on t_Dialer_Detail table?
I thought to the "Answered short call threshold" on the PG configuration but its value is 0 seconds and the CallType report give me 0 short call...
