Solved: Configuring Agent Email

I'm trying to find a configuration guide for Agent Email on UCCX 8 and can't seem to locate one anywhere

Does anyone have a guide or link to one they could point me to please?

It's in the CAD installation guide under "Installation".

I just posted a video to setup CAD email for UCCX 7.0. You can check the video's section for that. The setup process is the same for either version. Let me know if you find something that doesn't apply. I have another document that I'll put in the document section that may be helpful as well for configuring IMAP and SMTP settings as well as Configuring MS Exchange 2003 or 2007.
