When I go into skill group explorer to assign a skill group to the VRU PG I dont see that PG when I click retrieve. What could some of th causes be for this.

The Application Gateway service seems to retry connecting automatically every time it is closed. Is there a setting anywhere which will only try to connect as and when one wants it to connect and not every time the service comes up?Thank You,-Bhaskar
