how can i do this for ICM or CVP script

i have a ipcc environment                 

now i have this request:

first,i want that before a agent answer the call , the caller can hear the agent's job number (the system can read it auto)

then,how can i read the script can let the caller authenticate his account and password

i know to describe this question is difficulty

someone can share some document ??

You could use agent greeting (with CVP 8.5 and UCCE 8.5) to let the caller hear the agent's job number, but not in the order you wish. You can use a CVP VXML Stdio app with Database Element(s) to validate account number and password, or even do this with microapps and ICM DBLookup - but this would have to come first.
