UCCX agent based outbound predictive\progresive play promt to customer

How to play promt to a customer in case if outbound agent based campaign predictive\progresive.

I know that in case of direct preview the call can be transfered to application and promt can be played there. But i need play "your calls are being recorded" for agent based predictive\progressive campaign.

Not sure if TCL IVR application on SBC will work for outbound campaign as dialer uses CPA. Will it work?
