With CCM 4.1 and a Cisco 2811 Router, I'm trying to add another set of DID numbers we just purchased. Our existing phone numbers are NPA-NXX-5300. We have another set of numbers, NPA-NXX-5500. Where do I go to setup this new block of DIDs?Thanks

Hello,after answering a queued call our user is able to put the line on hold, but then there is no GPickup option to answer another call. Is that normal behaviour ? If that is so, is there no reason to have phones as dual-line ?Thanks,Antonis
