i have a call manager that connect to a gateway router and the router connect to e1 this e 1 has 100 numbers like from 55812.. to 5581299 i need when someone call 5581250 go to the fax which connect to fxs port exist on the router how can i do that

I have a location where all of the phones now have only a couple ring tones. After the installation the phone had a number of ring tones. What can cause this and how are ring tones downloaded to the phones they have 7960's and 7961's
