In my script if number of calls waiting is > than 10 the caller get transfered to voicemail to leave a message. How can I report on the number of calls that were transfered to voicemail cause the queue limit was > 10Thanks

I am trying to figure out to create some type voicemail direct transfer code in CUE 2.3.2 and CME 4.02. What I need is for the operator to be able to dial something like #1000 can be transferred directly to mailbox 1000's greeting.
