Hi,
When going to the OS Administration page through Callmanager Administration, I get a page that is empty and states:
Directory Listing For /
Filename Size Last Modified
Apache Tomcat/5.0
This happens as well when going to https://ccm-ip-address/iptplatform. In both instances, I do not get a prompt for username and password authentication.
Any ideas?

Is this a new install ? the server or any services been reset ? what exact CallManager build?

Just to follow up, it is new install, server and services were reset. CM 5.1.2.3000.
TAC fixed the issue, it was a corrupt iptplatform directory. You have to get root access to CM and delete the iptplatform directory. Then stop Cisco Tomcat service and restart the service. The iptplatform directory gets rebuilt after restarting the service.
