Hello
We have a CME connected via H323 trunk to CM 4.2 and have established connectivity between phones on both systems.
However, when a CME phone calls a CM phone, then is transferred to another phone on same CM, we see the call connected but with no audio in either direction.
Supplementary services have been turned off on CME.
Reading on CME to CM connectivity indicates we may need a gatekeeper .... does this sound right ??
Any help is much appreciated.
cheers
Drew

Hmmm ... the configuration changes have not worked. It seems most of the commands under 'voice services voip' are on by default anyway.
We are still seeing the call as connected but no audio in either direction after the transfer.
Unless you have any other suggestions we may have to log this with the TAC ... eventhough you are from TAC :)
