I have a SPA525G connected to our CUCM and registered fine as a SIP device, I can assign speed dials to the spare line keys fine but configuring BLF is proving to be a challenge!
Basically under the phone tab of the SPA525G's web interface I have picked a spare line, disabled the extension, set the share call appearance to private and entered the following syntax into the extended function field:
fnc=blf+sd+cp;sub=215@192.168.104.2;ext=215@192.168.104.2
When this is applied the line key button is a solid orange colour, the speed dial function works fine but not the BLF feature. I believe the solid orange light denotes that the phone has failed to subscribe?
Any pointers would be much appreciated.
