Hi, I have a CCM5.0(4). When I have a line in CFAll, when I try to tranfer a call from the Console Attendant, I receive a error Message (Failed to transfer the call due to Internal Error) but I fact, the call is transfer to the extension...

I was reviewing this error on our database, CSCsg58617 and CSCse08949 seems to be the root cause here. CCM 5.0(4a)ES18 fixes this issue.
