new CME/CUE installation, CFNA to CUE for internal and external calls plays "enter your id" instead of personal greeting. It appears that for some reason incorrect called number is hitting CUE

Try adding the secondary number configured for each DN as the Primary E.164 Number for that user in CUE (CUE GUI > Configure > Users).
