Hi
I recently install a SIP trunk to a UC540.
Inbound call working fine.
For outbound calls the ITSP requires me to insert country code and drop the leading zero for national/domestic calls. I currently use 9 for outside line access
Has anyone ever created a dial peer to do this?

Simply configure translation rules to do what you mention, there's plenty of material on cisco.com about the topic.

for example to a mobile number
9 for outside line then 08[3456789]XXXXXXX
need that to be 3538[3456789]XXXXXXX
