How to edit .aef files in IPCC express

I need to edit a file in IPCC Express.

What do I need to download for an editor?

You can download CRS editor from Application->Plugins on the IPCC express server

Thanks that helped. I had to go to IPCC server/appadmin and click tools, Plug-ins.

I'm running IPCC express 4.0.3

not sure why i couldnt find it before.
