Jan 3 14:25:35.172: TFTP: Looking for term41.default.loads
Please copy term41.default.loads into the router, and configure tftp-server for it.
I assume you have the individual firmware files already copied and configured.

This is likely corrupted firmware. first of all enable "debug tftp events" with "Term mon" and check if the phone is requesting any file not preent or not configured on the router.
Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!

Hi Bevilacqua how u doing by the way happy new year :) so concerning my request i have already tested the debug cmd (even with the console port not only telnet session) but it doesn't show me nothing so i'm thinking that my phone was OUT OF USE cauz there is no request for the tftp server and i'm little bit confused cauz i before i wanted to reset my phone to factory setting and i have follow the right step (boot the phone and type in # followed by 123456789*0# but the phone was stuck in that step thanks for your help

Ok,
try the alternate reset sequence. Same pressing # while power on. Release # when line leds flash in pattern. Press in sequence 3491672850*#
The phone must begin requesting some file via TFTP.
Thanks for the wishes and same best for you!

I never seen a phone out of use. What is your dhcp configuration ? If you are not giving option 150 to the phone, it will not get an address. What debug have you enabled ? Try "debug ip dhcp server detail" and "debug tftp events". Also check "show log", sometime debug is disabled".

i also have other 7941 phones plugged in the same network with that phone and they work fine, and now my phone when it boot it doesn't show the startup screen wich shows Java got a blank screen and the button led are fleshing with green color !! aie aie it's really makes me MAD :)

Please send output of "show log", and "debug ip dhcp server events" and "debug tftp events" taken with "term mon" when you turn on the phone.
