Having a strange problem where I have received multiple tickets on IP Phones that have lost their external mask configuration.
Example: On Friday night all phones have an external mask of Ex: 2125551212, Monday morning the Mask is 212555XXXX < THis is the old mask
So it appeared to me that the phones had lost registration and when re-registered received an older copy of the configuration ?
I checked my Pub and Sub and all configurations are synced ?
Not sure where to start on this one. Any suggestions on where to look ?
