NTP setup

All - we have not before used an external NTP source in our network. Will a new installation of CCM 5 I am thinking about implementing. I have looked at external sources such as "0.us.pool.ntp.org" but it looks like CCM requires an IP address in the NTP setup and I beleive the address above references different servers each hour. Can someone give me a link or directions as to setting this up? Or should I look to setting it up on our AD network and pointing CCM to that? Thanks.

I use 4.2.2.1 and it works like a charm for NTP and DNS. Another classic is time.nist.gov (192.43.244.18).
