Unity connection 7.x

cobra tool export

unable to connect to unity connection 7 database using cobra tool export.

-informix has been installed

-user right for remote has beendeclared

-proxy database is started

when we trying to connect to unity connection with cobra we have the folloing error message :

Error in load routineError opening event source registry key - access is denied - 2147024891
