Unity Connection - personnal greeting is always played before you can listen to customer messages

We have a distribution list setup for one of our departments so a group of users can have access to one mailbox.

The mailbox works fine and customers can leave messages but when staff go to listen to the messages they always here the long personal greeting before the customers message.

Anyone know why this is happening?

Hi,

Might be a bug about this but we will need the exact CUC version, call flow and traces for conversation, please gather those and attach them.

The CUC is Version 2.1.0.9901-362

I've opened a TAC case to speed things up as its getting annoying having to listen to 3 minutes of personnal greetings before very voicemail.

Call flow is ....

DDI - Huntgroup - Voicemail if no one is available (phones have a huntgroup logout button to make the team unavailable in the evening)
