You create a report template for a Segment Summary Report. You modify the report to use a tab-separated file.In the Details section, you select only errors for one report, and utilization for another report. You save both reports.
In Trend Reporter, you select one of the new report templates.
You select Daily and Append File in the report window.
You select a file name for the switch against which the report will run.
If you generate the report now, data is populated into the file.
If you generate the report again, the data appends correctly.
However, if you schedule the report to run on a daily basis, the reports do not run the next day; the file created when you first configured the report is not appended with new data.
