Is there a command that can stop all of the IPM services so that I can back up the IPM database? Thank you in advance!

What platform are you running IPM on? Windows or Solaris?

I am running on Windows Server 2003 and IPM 2.6

You may go to Start -> Programs -> Internetwork Performande Monitor -> IPM Stop Servers
You may also open a DOS shell and cd to wherever you have IPM installed. In there, cd to server\bin and issue the command:
ipm stop
