SFP-10G-SR-S I/O specs

I'm looking for the I/O specs for the SFP-10G-SR-S.  I know it's CML but what are the exact levels and thresholds?  Are there any caps on the outputs?  Can it run slower then 10G bps? The datasheet I found on the website doesn't show these details.  Thank you.

The SFP-10G-SR-S and its mates the -LR -ER and -ZR variants have the same 10 Gbps Ethernet transmit and receive optical thresholds as their non-S equivalents.

They do only operate from 0-70 C as they do not offer extended (-5 to 85 degrees) or industrial (-40 to 85 degrees) versions.

Finally, they will not operate over OTN (ITU G.709 framing) or WAN-PHY (OC-192 framing).
