CM service parameters

Hi,

Could some one tell me what the following service parameters are in CM I can?t seem to find them

1) when a user presses the transfer key the timer until a number is entered

2) for the DC directory change it to display First Name and Last Name instead of Last Name and First Name

The service parameter for #1 is the Off-hook to First Digit Timer. On the second question, do you mean in Directory Administrator?

yes, so on the phone I want to change the way name are displayed

You would need to change the xmldirectorylist.asp file located at c:\CiscoWebs\IPPhoneServices\CCMCIP on the publisher. There is a function in this file that sorts the entries.
